Samples: `January`, `June`, `December`

## Background

### Origin

FineType defines the full month name as its own type, datetime.component.month\_name, and describes it as locale-specific, giving January, janvier and Januar as examples.[[1]](https://github.com/meridian-online/finetype/blob/main/labels/definitions_datetime.yaml)

### Use

Unicode's LDML date standard distinguishes a format form of the month name, used within a complete date format, from a stand-alone form, used when the month is displayed by itself.[[2]](https://unicode.org/reports/tr35/tr35-dates.html) Unicode's LDML date standard says the stand-alone form of a month name is typically the nominative.[[2]](https://unicode.org/reports/tr35/tr35-dates.html) Unicode's LDML date standard notes that, depending on the language, patterns that combine month with day of month may require the month to be in genitive form.[[2]](https://unicode.org/reports/tr35/tr35-dates.html)
